Magical Spots Azores is a network of short-term accommodation with the aim of promoting and promoting the houses that are part of this network through the website and social networks. We use promotion tools and best prices.

The information on each home page is from the entire responsibility of the respective owner.
The conditions of accommodation is entirely the responsibility of the owner of the house.
Rates and Cancelation Policy
The rates are set by the owners and are set by base price, would have non refundable and promotional rate. Each fare has its own payment and cancellation policy described in the section below.
Base Rate: The reservations made with this rate are concluded after payment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer 5 working days to the date of Check-in. In case of cancellation of the stay up to 30 days before the check-in, the amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs in a period less than 30 days to the date of Check-in the value of the reservation will not be returned.
Non-refundable: The reservations made with this tariff oblige the payment of 100% of the total amount and in the request of 48h after receiving the data for payment. In case of cancellation of the reservation will not be refunded the value.
Promotional rate: Several promotional rates will be posted on the website and means of dissemination, whose conditions of reservation, payment and cancellation policy will be described in the respective promotion.
Payment Methods
Payment of the reservation is made directly to the owner using the data sipônibilizadós by email. They can be by PayPal address or bank transfer.
No credit cards are accepted in any of the short-stay accommodation units of the Magical Spots network.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check in after 2pm and check out by 11am. Early check-in and late-check-out are allowed subject to availability, with no associated costs.
Since the houses do not have a reception the check-in time is pre-arranged according to arrival time to the island of São Miguel. Cancellations and delays in the flights or boat should be informed by telephone, written message or e-mail.
A no show without prior notice implies the schedule of a new check-in time and conditioned to the availability of the owner.
