The house is located in a prime area of the island of São Miguel - Caloura, at 16 klm from Ponta Delgada City, 5 klm from lagoa City and 1 klm fro Água de Pau parish. FREE WI-FI with hight speed.

The house is divided in two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and garden views, a large fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and two passing bedrooms . The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the third bedroom with double bed. 

Outside there is a large private garden with seating area, lawn, various plants and at the end has a magnificent view of the sea and the islet of Vila Franca.
